Born in Honolulu, Hawaii but raised in Northern Virginia, Lauren Graham might just be as sweet as everyone finds her to be, considering that her father, Larry Graham, is the President of the Chocolate Manufacturer's Association. Sadly, her mother left the family when Lauren was only 5 years old in an attempt to pursue a singing career, ending up in the fashion business later in life. Graham's first paying acting job was a commercial for Planned Parenthood before she moved on to small roles on television shows like "Caroline in the City," "Law & Order," and "NewsRadio." in 2000, Graham, despite having never been married or had any children, was cast as Lorelai Gilmore, a teen mother of a then teen daughter. The show ran until 2007, with Lauren gaining minor fame in roles in films like THE PACIFIER and BECAUSE I SAID SO but more popularly in the cult Christmas favorite BAD SANTA. Currently working on a pilot for a potential new series called "Parenthood," Graham recently lent her voice to the family film CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS.
