Isabel Lucas was born in Melbourne, Australia and began her acting career in 2003 on the Australian television show "Home and Away" which ran until 2006. Isal bel can speak fluent French and German in addition to her native English. Along with other Hottie Hayden Panettiere, Lucas belongs to a group of protesters in support of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society who in October of 2007 paddled out on surfboards to protest against Japanese whaling. Lucas first was brought to mainstream media attention for her role in TRANSFORMERS 2: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN, having prior to the film's release been in a 2008 car accident with co-star Shia LeBeouf. It was speculated at the time that her refusal to comment about the accident stemmed from her relationship with "Entourage" star Adrian Grenier being potentially damaged by being out with LeBeouf. Lucas is currently in post-production on the 2010 remake of RED DAWN.
